As stated in the 2023 Blue Ribbon Lighthouse School correspondence email, "Waterloo Elementary School has met the required criteria in the nine performance areas of high performing schools required for this prestigious recognition award."

We would like to recognize other members of our school family who were not available for the group picture. Brenda Choice and her cafeteria staff, Marie Cotoc, Lahalla Garrett, Sherry Hill, Lynn Lyons, Felicia Miller, other therapists and SROs all play a very important role each day. It takes everyone doing their part to take care of our students and make our school a success.
